User Data Deletion Instructions

According to Meta Platform terms and international privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA), users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected or processed through the Flying Horse application and Instagram integration.

How to Remove Flying Horse from your Instagram / Facebook Account:

Open Instagram Settings Log in to your Instagram account on your mobile app or web browser, tap your profile picture, and navigate to Settings & Privacy.

Navigate to Apps and Websites Select Website Permissions (or Accounts Center → Your Information and Permissions) → tap Apps and Websites.

Remove Flying Horse Under the Active tab, locate Flying Horse, click Remove, and confirm your request. This immediately invalidates all active access tokens.

Check Removed Apps Status You can verify under the Removed tab that Flying Horse no longer has access to your media or profile.

Request Full Account & Data Deletion

If you have created an author profile or published trips on Flying Horse, submit this form to permanently purge your profile, itineraries, photos, and associated identifiers from our database.

Request Received Successfully

Your deletion request has been recorded. Confirmation code: FH-DEL-20261017-OK. All associated profile data, cached Instagram media references, and local storage tokens will be purged within 48 hours.
