If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access our Platform.

2. Platform Overview & Permitted Use

Flying Horse is an online travel planning, route exploration, and community storytelling platform designed to help travelers discover curated journeys, sensory-friendly itineraries, accessible destinations, and multimodal routes.

You agree to use Flying Horse solely for lawful travel planning and personal information purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, duplicate, or systematically harvest our curated routes, itineraries, or user data without explicit written consent.
• Transmit unauthorized commercial communications, spam, or malicious software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our servers and networks.

3. Meta & Instagram API Integration Terms

Flying Horse offers an optional integration with Meta Platforms, Inc. APIs, specifically the Instagram API with Instagram Login, allowing verified travel creators to connect their Instagram account to select and publish travel photos alongside their itineraries.

• User Control: When you connect your Instagram account, you authorize Flying Horse to access your basic Instagram media feed (under permission instagram_business_basic) solely for you to select and attach your own photos.
• No Monetization of User Media: We never sell, license, broker, or transfer your Instagram media, access tokens, or account information to any third-party advertisers.
• Revocation & Deletion: You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time via the "Disconnect" button in the publisher modal, through your Instagram account settings, or by visiting our User Data Deletion Page.
• Compliance: You agree not to upload or link any Instagram media that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

4. Map & Navigation Data (Google Cloud Platform)

Interactive maps, geocoding, route visualizations, and directions on Flying Horse are powered by the Google Maps Platform and open geospatial datasets.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any itineraries, photos, notes, or reviews you submit to Flying Horse ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant Flying Horse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and format that content on our Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

All brand assets, logos, site graphics, custom map styling, and interface designs are the intellectual property of the Flying Horse Project.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Flying Horse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular travel purpose.

Under no circumstances shall Flying Horse, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from travel bookings, route choices, or reliance on information provided on the Platform.
